Presidente Hotel - Pocos de Caldas

We loved the central location in front of the square, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The hotel facilities were great, especially the pool. The staff was super friendly and helpful when we had questions. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the room and bathroom.

We had a decent Easter stay, two things we really enjoyed were the water pressure in the shower and having a pool available. the location was also very convenient, we could easily walk around and find places to eat and shop. Another advantage was the friendly and helpful staff.

The simplicity of the room's decoration, it could have been more comfortable and inviting. the noise levels at night were higher than we expected, which made it harder to get a good night's sleep.

The location is unbeatable. We were able to walk everywhere, from shopping to sightseeing to dining. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to go the extra mile to ensure our stay was comfortable. We also enjoyed the pool, and the water pressure in the shower was fantastic.

The room decor was very plain and could have been more appealing and cozy. the language barrier was a bit challenging, as some of the staff did not speak English.
